2023 Hyundai Venue: Your Next Midsize SUV

Hyundai's smallest SUV, the Venue, packs a lot into a very compact package. The 2023 model may lack features like all-wheel drive, but this model does host several driver assistance features and plenty of interior features worth checking out. This SUV excels at everyday tasks and is comfortable enough to take on road trips, so stop by Pride Hyundai of Seekonk today and see why the Hyundai Venue should be your next ride.

What's New for 2023?

The Venue model receives several new features for the new model year. Coming standard is a rear-seat alert to remind drivers of passengers or items in the back seat after parking. A center console armrest is also standard, and the digital instrument cluster has been enlarged to 4.2 inches. The Limited trim also comes with a wireless smartphone charging pad.

Every Venue is powered by a 121-hp four-cylinder engine attached to a continuously variable automatic transmission. And while the engine isn't the strongest, its fuel economy is as, according to the EPA, this model gets around 29/33 miles per gallon.

Every Venue comes standard with an eight-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability. The infotainment system responded quickly to inputs, and the unit also has good volume and tuning knobs below the screen. Those looking for built-in navigation with real-time traffic updates can have it on the SEL and Limited trims.

Hyundai equips every Venue model with standard driver-assistance technology, including a blind-spot monitor and rear cross-traffic alert. Other safety features include lane-departure warning, automated emergency braking, and a driver attention warning monitor.
