Hi I’m Roy! I’m from Rhode Island and I’ve been married to a wonderful woman for over 30 years. We’re blessed to have 3 children and one grandchild, who I adore spending time with. Taking my wife and grandchild to the movies, the beach, or a Bruins game are some of the things I look forward to. I started working in the auto business spring of 2013 and I absolutely love what I do! It feels good to help someone find the right car for their needs and their lifestyle. I believe in treating others as I would want to be treated so I truly love making my customers happy, because that’s the experience I would want. Sales Department great...Service Department not so good.

I was looking for a Kia Sorento SX. I noticed on car gurus that Pride Hyundai had one. I emailed them first and I was told the car was still available. I found two others, so Pride Hyundai was my first stop. Roy Silveira Sr. was our salesman. He is a very nice, polite, honest laid back guy. He gave me the keys and let me test drive the car with my son. Negotiations were very low stress, and back and forth only three times with sales manager over the price for my trade in. I picked up the car two days later. They even sent an employee to my home to get the down payment check because I was unable to go back up the next day. After picking up the car I noticed that the radio reception was very poor. The next morning I noticed that the “shark fin” type antenna cover was loose and moisture was getting in there, which I’m sure damaged the electronics. I called Roy on his cellular phone and he advised me to call service and they would fix or replace the antenna. I called service department and spoke to Kassandra. I gave her a very detailed description of the problem. She made an appointment for me the following Monday at 1pm. I arrived at 1pm with my book and a bottle of water. Kassandra checked me in and said it looked like I was there to “check radio.” This after I gave her a detailed description of the problem. I naively expected that the car would be repaired. Wrong! Anthony Fernandes from the service department took it upon himself to tear the “shark fin” type antenna cover off of the roof of my car exposing the electronics even more. Then he has the nerve to make an appointment at a Kia dealership the following Monday at 0900 am, to fix the antenna without ever consulting with me. That following Monday at 0900 am, I was going to be on vacation, and out of state. I then contacted the Kia dealership and they said they would not cover a damaged antenna especially after the service department personnel ripped the cover off. They explained that the broken/damaged antenna was covered by Pride Hyundai’s 90 day warranty, not by Kia just because the vehicle is a Kia. They also said that Tony Fernandes has a history of doing this to them. I then met with Roy Silveira and he was very disappointed that this happened to me. He introduced me to his boss, Rob Kassam. Rob went into service department and had Tony Fernandes order the entire antenna, cover, electronics, etc. Rob assured me that they would expedite the part and “rush” it, so my issue would be resolved asap. After two days of hearing nothing at all I contacted Tony and Rob. They made arraignments for me to drop off the vehicle Thursday morning and they gave me a loaner vehicle. Matt Santos assisted me with the loaner vehicle. He was great. Very professional, helpful and should be running the service department. By Friday morning the part was in Rhode Island and Roy Silveira drove to a Kia dealership there and got the part. I received a call from Wendell Jordan of the service department. He gave me the option of leaving a few hours later for our road trip family vacation, with my repaired Kia, or take their loaner vehicle on vacation. He was very accommodating and understanding. He personally supervised the repair and had it completed asap. For some reason they were a little reluctant to give me a copy of the repair paperwork, but they finally did. Thankfully we were able to leave for our family vacation almost as scheduled, but at least with my new vehicle. The sales experience was very good, but the service department was a very stressful experience with some deception and lots of miscommunication. Fortunately my vehicle is a Kia and I will have it serviced at the Kia dealership near our home.

Overall great experience

This is my 3rd time buying a new Hyundai and the second time from this dealership. My experience this time was with Maggi Cedano. I knew what I wanted and she helped me get it. She was informative, cordial, and did not seem pushy. She gave me a great deal and worked with me to explore all my options to get the number I needed. "17 years since my last new car...

It's been 17 years since my last new car and after starting my search with the Hyundia dealer closer to home and being completely disappointed with the level of professionalism i thought my car search was going to be just one headache after another. I inquired about a vehicle through the website and heard back within a few hours from Angel. We agreed on a time and he sent out an appointment to my calendar. Best Car Buying Experience We've Ever Had

My wife and I recently bought a brand new 2020 Hyundai Palisade from Pride Hyundai in Seekonk. Pride Hyundai advertised on their website a COVID-19 policy that for customers who felt more comfortable purchasing online, that they could facilitate the transaction remotely and deliver the vehicle to us. They kept their advertised promise! Having a newborn baby at home, this approach made us feel much more comfortable and safe and still allowed us to upgrade to a brand new car! All of the negotiating was done by email and phone, all of the paperwork was reviewed over the phone, and they delivered the new car right to our house where we signed all of the paperwork. The salesman we dealt with was Cameron who was absolutely fantastic! He was a great communicator; upfront and open; extremely helpful; pleasant, friendly and respectful at all times; and he always kept me in the loop every step of the process. All in all, it was a great car buying experience and the best car buying experience that my wife and I have ever had! We highly recommend seeing Cameron at Pride Hyundai if you're interested in buying a new car!

Pleasant and Efficient

Easiest, most pleasant and quickest process of getting a new car I've ever had. I reached out to Pride looking for a specific trim level and feature combination in a new Palisade I had not been able to find at dealerships located closer to me. Damon Dambrosio sent me a window sticker by email and answered my questions politely and timely, I felt like a good portion of the work was already done by the time I made an appointment for a test drive. Purchase and leasing options based on my goals were presented fairly and informatively to evaluate without me first having to "commit to making a decision that minute" as most other dealerships would expect before discussing finances. I did ultimately decide to move forward that same day and they gave me an accurate description of the process and time to do so (it was a Saturday). Damon was also very accommodating when it came to coordinating delivery of the car once registered; even offering to drive it to my home on his day off. When I returned to pick up the car, I was given a complete walk through of the interior controls and then they assisted with establishing my BlueLink and pairing my phone. Start to finish I felt I was treated fairly and with respect.

As soon as I came into the dealership, Cameron treated me with respect and answered all of my questions about the car. He really helped me determine that the Veloster N was the car for me. Now that I have it I couldn’t be happier with my experience with the car and dealer. This was my first experience buying a brand new car and I felt I went to the right place. Matt Santos assisted me with the loaner vehicle. He was great. Very professional, helpful and should be running the service department. By Friday morning the part was in Rhode Island and Roy Silveira drove to a Kia dealership there and got the part. I received a call from Wendell Jordan of the service department. He gave me the option of leaving a few hours later for our road trip family vacation, with my repaired Kia, or take their loaner vehicle on vacation. He was very accommodating and understanding. He personally supervised the repair and had it completed asap. For some reason they were a little reluctant to give me a copy of the repair paperwork, but they finally did. Thankfully we were able to leave for our family vacation almost as scheduled, but at least with my new vehicle. The sales experience was very good, but the service department was a very stressful experience with some deception and lots of miscommunication. Fortunately my vehicle is a Kia and I will have it serviced at the Kia dealership near our home.

Sales Department great...Service Department not so good.

I was looking for a Kia Sorento SX. I noticed on car gurus that Pride Hyundai had one. I emailed them first and I was told the car was still available. I found two others, so Pride Hyundai was my first stop. Roy Silveira Sr. was our salesman. He is a very nice, polite, honest laid back guy. He gave me the keys and let me test drive the car with my son. Negotiations were very low stress, and back and forth only three times with sales manager over the price for my trade in. I picked up the car two days later. They even sent an employee to my home to get the down payment check because I was unable to go back up the next day. After picking up the car I noticed that the radio reception was very poor. The next morning I noticed that the “shark fin” type antenna cover was loose and moisture was getting in there, which I’m sure damaged the electronics. I called Roy on his cellular phone and he advised me to call service and they would fix or replace the antenna. I called service department and spoke to Kassandra. I gave her a very detailed description of the problem. She made an appointment for me the following Monday at 1pm. I arrived at 1pm with my book and a bottle of water. Kassandra checked me in and said it looked like I was there to “check radio.” This after I gave her a detailed description of the problem. I naively expected that the car would be repaired. Wrong! Anthony Fernandes from the service department took it upon himself to tear the “shark fin” type antenna cover off of the roof of my car exposing the electronics even more. Then he has the nerve to make an appointment at a Kia dealership the following Monday at 0900 am, to fix the antenna without ever consulting with me. That following Monday at 0900 am, I was going to be on vacation, and out of state. I then contacted the Kia dealership and they said they would not cover a damaged antenna especially after the service department personnel ripped the cover off. They explained that the broken/damaged antenna was covered by Pride Hyundai’s 90 day warranty, not by Kia just because the vehicle is a Kia. They also said that Tony Fernandes has a history of doing this to them. I then met with Roy Silveira and he was very disappointed that this happened to me. He introduced me to his boss, Rob Kassam. Rob went into service department and had Tony Fernandes order the entire antenna, cover, electronics, etc. Rob assured me that they would expedite the part and “rush” it, so my issue would be resolved asap. After two days of hearing nothing at all I contacted Tony and Rob. They made arraignments for me to drop off the vehicle Thursday morning and they gave me a loaner vehicle. Best Car Buying Experience We've Ever Had

My wife and I recently bought a brand new 2020 Hyundai Palisade from Pride Hyundai in Seekonk. Pride Hyundai advertised on their website a COVID-19 policy that for customers who felt more comfortable purchasing online, that they could facilitate the transaction remotely and deliver the vehicle to us. They kept their advertised promise! Having a newborn baby at home, this approach made us feel much more comfortable and safe and still allowed us to upgrade to a brand new car! All of the negotiating was done by email and phone, all of the paperwork was reviewed over the phone, and they delivered the new car right to our house where we signed all of the paperwork. The salesman we dealt with was Cameron who was absolutely fantastic! He was a great communicator; upfront and open; extremely helpful; pleasant, friendly and respectful at all times; and he always kept me in the loop every step of the process. All in all, it was a great car buying experience and the best car buying experience that my wife and I have ever had! We highly recommend seeing Cameron at Pride Hyundai if you're interested in buying a new car!

Pleasant and Efficient

Easiest, most pleasant and quickest process of getting a new car I've ever had. I reached out to Pride looking for a specific trim level and feature combination in a new Palisade I had not been able to find at dealerships located closer to me. Damon Dambrosio sent me a window sticker by email and answered my questions politely and timely, I felt like a good portion of the work was already done by the time I made an appointment for a test drive. Purchase and leasing options based on my goals were presented fairly and informatively to evaluate without me first having to "commit to making a decision that minute" as most other dealerships would expect before discussing finances. I did ultimately decide to move forward that same day and they gave me an accurate description of the process and time to do so (it was a Saturday). Damon was also very accommodating when it came to coordinating delivery of the car once registered; even offering to drive it to my home on his day off. When I returned to pick up the car, I was given a complete walk through of the interior controls and then they assisted with establishing my BlueLink and pairing my phone. Start to finish I felt I was treated fairly and with respect.

Positive Experience

Pride Hyundai of Seekonk had the best price for a 2016 Honda Odyssey so I contacted them to discuss. Manny called me back promptly and was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and I decided to go see the vehicle in person. After test drive and further discussion we bought it! The whole experience was quick and easy. First time buying a new car

This was my first time buying a brand new car. I purchased a Hyundai Tuscon from Dennis and he and his managers were great to work with (including finance). No pressure at all. I just bought a used Hyundai Tucson best experience I ever had in buy a vehicle Went in and told them my needs and wants and manager said he would find me what I was looking for wasn’t there more than 30 minutes on my first visit left my finance info while I was there for them to pull my credit report And I test drive one of the vehicles similar to the one I was looking for Came back 2 weeks later and they had what I was looking for finished up my paper work again only about another 30 minute process left and came back couple days later to sign final papers and provide proof of insurance they said the lowest finance they could get was 11% when I came back they ended up getting me 7% financing I had special registration needs so I left once again as they needed some time to take care of my registration and get the car detailed I came back the plates were on the car and it was ready to go great group of people my salesman was. Dennis Esteavo And the manager I dealt with is Rob both were very professional and treated me well highly recommend this dealership and I will be returning to upgrade to a full size next year great group

Sorry for the delay. Under the current circumstances, I haven’t had time to post this. My family recently completed the purchase of our third car from Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. The first purchase was amazing, the second time even more amazing, and this third one, beyond amazing! Roy Silveira Sr., our salesman, and Rob, the General Manager went well above and beyond all expectations we could’ve ever asked for or expected. There was no haggling, no games, no back and forth, just a straight up, honest, sincere, affordable car purchase. Our trade-in values far exceeded any other dealerships offer and they offered and applied rebates that were new and we knew nothing about! Roy always follows up the day after the car purchase and after service. He also follows up periodically to see if we have any questions or concerns about the car or if there’s anything, he can help us with. I would highly recommend Roy, Rob, and Pride Hyundai of Seekonk to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle from people who truly care about their customers!
